Where do we make our products?

We make our signature dog soap and In-Between dog spray right here in the USA. We are committed to bringing you the highest quality of ingredients.

Is our soap antibacterial?

Our soaps aren't formulated to be antibacterial, but research has shown that normal soap (like our all-natural soap) is effective in preventing infectious illness and keeping good hygiene.

What is your purchase agreement?

Dirty Dog devotes a significant amount of time, energy, and resources towards ensuring the quality of its products and protecting the value of its brands, names, and reputation. Dirty Dog has implemented the following brand and quality controls in order to protect the quality and value of its products and brands, and requests your careful attention and compliance with the same. 

Sales of Dirty Dog Products via this site are exclusively for purchase and use by End Users. “End User” as used herein refers to the individual final person or entity that has acquired a Dirty Dog Product for its own internal or personal use and not for resale, remarketing, or distribution. Purchaser(s) agree that any purchase of Dirty Dog Products shall be only for enjoyment by End Users.  

Purchaser(s) shall not resell or transfer Dirty Dog Products obtained via this site, including to any person that Purchaser(s) know or have reason to know intends to resell the Dirty Dog Products.  

Purchaser(s) shall not be permitted to obtain a quantity of Dirty Dog Products that is greater than that generally purchased by an End User, and Dirty Dog expressly reserves the right to refuse sales to any Purchaser(s) attempting to circumvent Dirty Dog’s quality and/or brand controls.   

Any violation of these controls will result in Dirty Dog’s satisfaction guarantee and warranty, if any, to become null and void.

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of our dog hygiene products, we currently do not accept returns.

What is your refund policy?

We're proud to offer our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your order delivery date and we'll get it all sorted out!

What is your shipping policy?

Order Processing

Orders placed through our website normally ship within 1-3 business days. 3-5 business days during holiday seasons. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stock deficits, which can result a longer delay in an order.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Once your order ships, it will arrive in 4-8 business days with standard ground shipping. Please note that our carriers will pass off your order to your local USPS office within that window. With priority shipping your order will arrive within a 3-6 business day delivery window after shipping. With expedited shipping your order will arrive within a 2-4 business day window after processing is completed. Large orders will be shipped via ground shipping. Once the order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email 1-3 business days after your package has shipped.

International Shipping (Non US)

We do not currently offer international shipping. Please note, we may open up to international orders in the future.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally. That said, never say never!
